Accessibility Statement

— for everyone —

accessibility statement.

We want everyone — including people who use assistive technologies — to be able to enjoy High Tea. Here's what we've committed to, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment

Pride Spirits Inc., the operator of drinkhightea.com, is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to substantially conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the international standard for digital accessibility.

What we've done

  • Color contrast meets WCAG AA across body copy, headlines, and CTAs
  • All informative images include descriptive alt text
  • The site supports keyboard navigation throughout
  • Form fields have visible labels and clear focus states
  • Heading structure is semantic (H1 → H2 → H3) for screen reader navigation
  • Video content is captioned where dialogue or narration is present
  • Motion-based content respects prefers-reduced-motion system settings
  • The site is fully responsive and mobile-friendly

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Specifically, certain third-party widgets (chat, age verification, payment processing) are rendered by third parties whose accessibility we cannot directly control. We work with vendors who prioritize accessibility and are actively improving these areas.

Tell us when something's wrong

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please tell us. We respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Email: hello@siphightea.com

When you contact us, please describe the problem, the page URL, the device and browser you're using, and your assistive technology if applicable. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we address your accessibility concern, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA): ada.gov/file-a-complaint.
