Where we ship

We currently ship to: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

If you're outside our allowed states, your order will be cancelled and refunded in full within 3 business days. We expand coverage as laws and logistics allow — join our list to be notified.

How we ship

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via UPS Ground with Adult Signature 21+ required at delivery. Estimated transit: 3–5 business days.

Shipping costs

Orders $49+ (any 2 packs) ship free. Orders under $49 are charged shipping calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, plus applicable state sales tax. You'll see the exact total before you pay.

Adult signature required

Federal regulations require an adult 21+ to sign for the package. UPS will attempt delivery 3 times. After the third attempt, the package returns to us and is refunded minus a $15 restocking fee.

We don't ship to

• PO Boxes
• APO / FPO addresses
• Schools, dormitories, or other minors-accessible addresses

Damaged or missing

Email hello@siphightea.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace damaged shipments at no charge.
