High Tea is for adults 21 and older. We verify age in three places, every time.
On site entry
When you visit siphightea.com, you'll see an age gate asking for your date of birth before you can browse. Users under 21 are redirected away from the site. Your verification is cached for 30 days so you don't see the gate every visit.
At checkout
By placing an order, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you are 21 years of age or older and reside in a state where hemp-derived Δ9 THC beverages are legal. False statements about your age may be a felony depending on your state.
At delivery
All orders ship UPS Ground with the Adult Signature Required service. The carrier will check government-issued ID at the door and refuse delivery if the recipient is under 21 or no adult is available to sign. UPS will attempt delivery three times; after the third attempt, the package returns to us and you'll receive a refund minus a $12 restocking fee.
What we do with your DOB
We use your date of birth only to verify that you're 21+. We do not store, sell, or share your DOB after verification. See our privacy policy for full details.
What if I'm visiting from another country?
High Tea is only sold and shipped within the United States, to states where hemp-derived Δ9 THC beverages are explicitly permitted. We do not ship internationally. Visitors from outside the U.S. may browse but cannot place orders.
Reporting underage access
If you believe someone under 21 has accessed or purchased our product, please email hello@siphightea.com with details. We take reports seriously and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
