Because we ship a perishable, age-restricted product, we can't take it back once it's out the door. But we've got you when something goes wrong on our end.
All sales are final for buyer's-remorse reasons. We replace or refund damaged, incorrect, or lost orders — details below.
We'll refund or replace
- Damaged shipments (photos required within 7 days of delivery)
- Incorrect items shipped
- Lost packages confirmed by UPS
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing hello@siphightea.com. After 1 hour, your order has likely been picked and packed and we can't pull it back.
Refused delivery
If you refuse the package or aren't available for the adult signature after 3 UPS attempts, we'll refund you minus a $12 restocking fee.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
How to start a claim
Email hello@siphightea.com with your order number and (for damage claims) clear photos. We respond within 1 business day.
